Подготовка

  1. Месото се сече на коцки , компирите се лупат и сечат на коцки и сè се става во тава со масло.
  2. Се додаваат зачините, се става водата, па се покрива со фолија.
  3. Се пече околу 2 часа на температура од 200 степени.
